研究方向:
重点研究在正常生理情况下和糖尿病发病过程中细胞能量感受(nutrient sensing)和代谢重编程(metabolic reprogramming)的转录调控和信号转导机制,及其在糖尿病发生发展过程中的作用,从而为糖尿病的诊断和治疗提供理论基础和新的药物靶标。
研究成果:
• 揭示了2型糖尿病慢性炎症和糖脂毒性损伤胰岛beta细胞的新的信号通路机制;
• 发现了一条调控骨骼肌白肌能量代谢的重要信号通路,而激活该信号通路增强白肌
的代谢功能,能够预防高脂饮食或者遗传因素引起的肥胖和糖尿病;
• 发现了一条以肝脏中BAF60a及其靶基因CAR为核心分子的调控全身胆固醇稳态的重
要转录通路。
• 以第一作者和共通讯作者身份分别在Nature Medicine、Circulation、Cell Reports、
Di-abetes、Diabetologia 和Endocrinology 等基础医学和糖尿病研究领域的权威杂志
发表多篇高水平论文。
